If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our products or services.

SOFTWARE LICENSE

All software sold by NoDAW™ Audio Studio is licensed, not sold.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for lawful personal and commercial purposes.

Ownership of the software remains exclusively with NoDAW™ Audio Studio.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, distribute, rent, lease, transfer, share, or otherwise provide access to the software to third parties.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, crack, bypass licensing systems, or attempt to derive source code.

• Remove copyright notices, branding, trademarks, license controls, or ownership information.

• Use the software in any unlawful manner.

• Upload or distribute the software through file-sharing services, torrent networks, repositories, or piracy websites.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate license termination without refund.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold through NoDAW™ Audio Studio are digital products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

No physical shipment is required for software delivery.

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of downloaded files, installers, updates, license keys, and activation credentials.

PAYMENTS

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of software products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds may be considered solely for:
